Customer Satisfaction
Le Menina is committed to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the original purchase. Certain restrictions apply, as detailed below.
Return Policy (Online Purchases)
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns, including any additional costs for new product delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in new condition, and contain all original packaging, tags, and labels.
- All items will be thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.
No Returns or Exchanges on Certain Merchandise
- Items discounted at the time of order are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
- Accessories, straps, handbags, purses, swimwear, headbands, bodysuits, sequins, metallic, formal dresses, and sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Refunds
No monetary refunds. A store credit will be issued, usable within the next 30 business days, expiring automatically.
Authorized Return Process
- Receive an approved return notification from the store.
- Pack and seal the merchandise in a safe, authorized package.
- Prepare your shipping label to: PP-14 Ramón Luis Rivera Ave, Bayamón, 00957, Puerto Rico
- Add the shipping label to the package and send it.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue credit/exchange as per the policies.
Additional Information
- Returns can be initiated by visiting our store or sending the item directly to us.
- We cover the return label cost for orders of $75 or more.
- Layaway option: Buy 20% of the order total, with 14 days to complete the purchase. Deposit is forfeited if not completed in time. Layaway items cannot be exchanged.
