Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on the following holidays:

Domestic Shipping (Puerto Rico and United States)
- Flat rate shipping: $4.99.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.

Local Delivery

- Delivery is available Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.
- We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-Store Pickup
- Free local pickup at PP-14 Ramón Luis Rivera Ave, Bayamón, 00957, Puerto Rico.
- Ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days after placing your order.
- You can pick up your order from Monday to Saturday between 12:00pm and 6:00pm.
- When you arrive at the store you can enter with all due precautions or call us at 787-200-5447 or 787-966-4068 to deliver it to the door of the store.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only to Puerto Rico and the United States.
Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Le Menina is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status and Tracking
Receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Non-Receipt of Orders
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lemenina.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
- No restocking fee.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.
Damaged Orders
- For orders arriving damaged, email us immediately at info@lemenina.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
